26 august, 2004. - We are pleased to introduce or new helpdesk system. As some of you may have noticed the old perldesk based system gave some occassional problems. We hope the move to this new system makes an end to these problems. With the new system support questions can now either be e-mailed to our support e-mail address or reported via a nice webinterface. If you register your e-mail address it is possible to track your requests.

The move has one downside, we where not able to migrate the users of the old system to the new system. That means to access to helpdesk system you need to re-register your e-mail address.
Note that this is only needed if you want to report a problem via the web and/or want to track your requests. Reporting problems via e-mail does not require registration.
